Marketing Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative Marketing Designer to join our Marketing team in Stockholm. In this role, you’ll bring visual storytelling to life across many touchpoints, helping us strengthen the Slotmill brand and make waves globally. You will work closely with the development organization creating eye-catching and attractive content to push new games but also Slotmill in general.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visual assets for campaigns, social media, video, web, digital ads, etc., that captivate and convert.
• Create campaign concepts and design from ideation through to final execution.
• Maintain brand consistency, ensuring all touchpoints reflect Slotmill’s visual identity and high standard.
• Work closely with content creators, product teams, motion designers, and marketing strategists to deliver end-to-end creative work.
• Adapt visuals for different platforms and formats — e.g. static, motion, cutdowns, display banners.
• Contribute to motion/animation elements as needed (e.g. short promos, teasers).
• Monitor design trends, experiment with new visual styles, tools, and techniques to keep Slotmill ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum several years’ experience (2-4+) in graphic/marketing design, preferably with experience in digital & motion design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work; campaign-driven visuals.
• Excellent command of design tools (Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or similar), plus familiarity with video editing or motion graphics.
• An eye for detail, color, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to take a brief and lift it with creative vision — concept development skills are just as important as execution.
• Good collaboration skills; able to receive feedback, work cross-functionally, and manage multiple projects with deadline discipline.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Swedish is a bonus.
